Return and Refund Policy for Singer US

At Singer US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your sewing machine or accessory, we offer a return and refund policy to ensure that your experience with us is as smooth as possible.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Sewing machines and accessories must be free from any damage, wear, or alterations.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.
  • Exceptions: We cannot accept returns on items marked as final sale or items that are not in their original, unopened packaging.

2. How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service:
    Reach out to our customer service team via email at info@singerus.store or call us at +1 (920) 608-7443 to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and details of the product.
  2. Return Authorization:
    Our customer service team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This is necessary to complete the return process.
  3. Ship the Item Back:
    Once you have the RMA, carefully package the item in its original packaging, along with any accessories, manuals, and paperwork. Please clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.
  4. Return Shipping:
    You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a product defect, an error on our part, or a damaged item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Defective or Damaged Items:
    If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we will provide a prepaid return label for you to send the item back at no charge. We will issue a full refund or replacement based on your preference.
  • Late or Missing Refunds:
    If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your payment provider first, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@singerus.store.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or opened sewing machines or accessories that do not have original packaging.
  • Items purchased as part of special promotions, final sales, or clearance items.
  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with detailed information and photos. We will resolve the issue by offering a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference. You will not be charged for return shipping on damaged or incorrect items.

7. International Returns

Currently, we primarily offer returns within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and would like to return an item, please contact our customer support team for further instructions. Please be aware that international return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
